Unopened rolls can be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. A 25% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund. Defective goods will be replaced at no charge. Shipping Policy
A charge of $7.95 (U.S.) for shipping and handling will be added to your total order in the continuous 48 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories. Standard charges will apply for next day air, second day air and three day select. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories are U. S. Mail Only. All international orders ( except U.S. Territories ) must obtain a shipping quote before ordering. You may do so via email or by (calling 1 937 1193 Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.) Be sure to enclude your name,address,return email address and item/s desired. Shipping of pattern samples is free world wide.

Though most orders are shipped the same day they are received please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse, due to some larger volume days. If items ordered are out of stock and on backorder you will be notified via email.
