Return Policy
Un-opened products can be returned for within 30 of delivery with a return authorization. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from from each product returned. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. Defective goods will be replaced at no charge. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Shipping Policy
A charge of $7.95 (USD) for shipping and handling will be added to your total order. This charge applies only to the continuous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. Territories. Standard charges will apply for next day or second day shipping and you must e-mail or call to inquire about these types of shipping.All international customers must obtain a shipping quote before ordering. You may do so via e-mail or by (calling 1-937-365-1199 Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.) Be sure to include your name, address, return email (if applicable) and item(s) desired. Shipping of pattern samples is free world wide. All orders ship via U.S.P.S.

Though most orders are shipped the same day they are received please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse, due to some larger volume days. If a product you purchased is out of stock and on back order you will be notified via e-mail.
